Ordering on-line is safe. It is also extremely convenient! Legitimate internet retailers have two important pieces of information on their websites. Look for these before you place an order with a company you are not familiar with:

1) Find the physical address of the business. Legitimate businesses are registered and have operating addresses...If you don't see it on the website, ask yourself why.

2) Find a telephone number. All businesses should provide you with the option to talk with a person about your order. I know of one MAJOR internet retailer who does not provide this, and after trying to solve just one problem I had with that company, I have never ordered from them again. Email is a wonderful way to communicate, but sometimes you need the immediacy of talking to a person on the telephone!
